What is a Volunteer Consumer Consultant?

Consumer Consultants play an essential role in ensuring our hospital continues to deliver patient-centred care. By sharing insights, participating in quality meetings, and reviewing patient feedback, our VCCs help improve the experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
